Description

Expansion anchor bolt with flat washer and hex nut. Application: Widely used in fence, burglar-proof doors and windows, canopy, fixing the air conditioner rack, home decoration, engineering, etc. The principle of the expansion screw: Place the expansion screw in the ground or hole on the wall, and then tighten the nuts of the expansion bolt with wrench. The bolt protrudes outward, while the metal shell does not move. Thus, the large head of the bolt will expand the metal sheath, making it fill the entire hole. Now, the expansion screw cannot be pulled out. Installation methods: Select a chopping bit with the same diameter as the expansion screw body and install it on the electric punching drill. The hole depth should be equal to the bolt length. Then insert the expansion bolt into the hole. Remember: do not unscrew the nut or allow the bolt to hit the hole when the drill is too deep. tighten the nut for 2-3 buckles and unscrew the nut when the expansion bolt si is very tight without any looseness. Then the fixed members are mounted with the perforated fixed part and installed with the purpose of the bolt. A gasket or spring washer on the outside is used to tighten the nut tightly.
