Vintage Disston & Sons Skew Back Hand Saw,29-1/8" OAL,8 TPI,XLINT Overall Cond.

Description

For sale is a vintage Disston 8 point skew back hand saw with a overall measurement of 29-1/8", with a 26" plate, with widths varying from 1-3/4" at the toe, to 5-3/8" wide at the handle heel. There is no readable etch, and the brass medallion reads "Disston  & Sons Philada." The handle is sound and solid, showing normal use and wear on the handle, with any jointing, setting and sharpening left up to you. It has been gently cleaned and waxed by a previous owner. A beautiful piece for display, or for part of your collection. I usually have other hand saws for sale, and will be happy to combine shipping wherever possible to save you some shipping costs.
