A nice 10-12 ounce coffee cup commemorating a Boy Scouts of America Wood Badge 1996 WEM 47-96.  The Wood Badge is the highest honor available to Boy Scout leaders and this was apparently a souvenir of some sort of training course for BSA leaders.
Good pre-owned condition.
